- Woodwork students at Learn to Earn built and fitted the POS and parcel counters at the shop.
- The 280 square metre Feel Good Store is located on the corner of Ralph and
Main Road, Claremont, Cape Town next to the new public transport interchange.
- All fittings and fixtures were sourced from Foschini Group stores.
- All design and shop fitting planning was provided compliments of the
Foschini Store Design and Shop Fitting team with finishing touches supplied by
Facilities Design.
- Corporate ID for the Feel Good Store was provided pro bona by Fountainhead.

- Polyoak donated additional coat hangers.
- Skynet Worldwide Express is providing free transport of clothing between the
depot, warehouse and store on its delivery routes of all clothing items.
- Plascon – provided the paint for interior décor and the exterior roller
shutter doors.
- ITB Manufacturing donated and delivered the first 2000 shopping bags free of
charge.
- FA Print has donated all the printing requirements for the Project.
- Kenzan Tiles provided 300m2 of tiles at cost.
- Hart Multi Media donated a sound \ music system to the shop.
- AGD Studios donated the 3 Piece Mirror set.
- Learn to Earn was established in 1989. With a head office in Khayelitsha and
a branch in Hermanus, the NGO has trained over 8,000 people. Their philosophy of
“a hand up-not a hand out” is implemented in their training programmes that not
only focus on providing practical skills, but also address social issues. On
average the unemployed that are trained at Learn to Earn have not had more than
seven years of schooling.
