TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE TFG REWARDS & MORE ("REWARDS") PROGRAMME:
This Rewards Programme is being run and managed by Foschini Retail Group (Pty) Ltd, a subsidiary of The Foschini Group Limited (“TFG”).
The Rewards & More programme is offered in participating stores in South Africa, Namibia, Lesotho, Botswana, Swaziland, Ghana, Zambia & Nigeria. Vouchers can only be redeemed in the country of issue.
To participate in the Rewards Programme and become a member, you will be required to provide us with all requested relevant information.
You will receive a promotional voucher (“Voucher”) in the form of a special slip printed at the till or if you are shopping on-line every time that you make a cash or account purchase in a TFG store, provided that your Rewards card or registered TFG account card is swiped at the till, except in the following instances:
when the store is off-line. In such an event we will issue you with an SMS voucher when the store is on-line again (providing we have a valid cellphone number for you), or you can view your Voucher at the till point when you are next in-store; or
if you have already received a Voucher from that specific TFG brand in the last 24 hours; or
you are purchasing on lay-by.
Your Rewards card does not need to be swiped in an on-line sale but you will need to be logged in to redeem or earn a Rewards voucher
You may not redeem a Voucher when making the following purchases(unless specifically indicated on your till slip):
marked down or discounted items;
airtime, cellular or navigational items; or
You may also not redeem a Voucher for service items (e.g. repairs).
You will not be able to redeem a Voucher in the unlikely event that a store is off-line, but will be able to redeem your Voucher the next time that you are in store.
Rewards will be earned at any of the following TFG stores: @home, @home livingspace, American Swiss, Charles & Keith, Donna Claire, Duesouth, Exact, Fabiani, Fashion Express, Foschini, G-Star Raw, Hi, Luella, Markham, Matrix, Sportscene, Sterns, and Totalsports. We reserve the right to add or remove any TFG store/s at our sole discretion.
Rewards will be issued at our sole discretion. We do not under circumstances guarantee what the reward will be and under no circumstances may you request a different reward or obtain a second reward at the same time.
We reserve the right to cancel the Rewards Programme at any time. In such an event, we will honour all valid non-expired Vouchers.
For cash sales, Vouchers may only be redeemed by the person they were issued to, as long as their Rewards card is presented and swiped in-store.
Lost or stolen Rewards cards can be replaced in-store for a fee. The cost for a replacement card must be paid in full before a new card can be issued and further Rewards can be earned or redeemed.
A Voucher is not refundable, if you return the product that was purchased with the Reward. However, if you want to exchange an item, the store manager may use his/her discretion to allow you to do so without losing the benefit of your Voucher.
Only one Voucher may be redeemed per purchase. You may not accumulate Vouchers or use multiple Vouchers for one purchase.
A Voucher may only be used once.
The expiry date on a Voucher will not be extended under any circumstances.
Lost or stolen Vouchers may be replaced at any TFG store, or alternatively you can contact TFG customer services on 0860 576 575 / (021) 938 7666 to replace a Voucher. You can also view your Rewards vouchers on www.tfg.co.za/rewards-and-more
All vouchers are stored on your card and linked to your on-line profile at www.tfg.co.za. You are not required to have the paper voucher when you purchase, you only need to swipe you card and ask for the discount to be applied.
Vouchers for free gifts and services, or for external suppliers outside of TFG cannot be replaced.
By supplying us with your contact details and giving us permission to contact you for marketing and communication purposes, you agree that we may send you relevant marketing information and promotional offers, from Rewards & More, TFG and our relevant business partners. This applies, but is not limited, to marketing goods and services to you across all marketing channels, including online /e-mail / mail / SMS / MMS / telephonic / social media. We will always give you an option to opt out of future communication whenever we market to you. Furthermore, we will never give your details to any company that is not part of TFG unless we are marketing to you via a third party.
The personal information that we get or collect from you will always be treated as confidential and will not be shared with third parties unless you have permitted us to do so. We will only disclose your personal information to third parties if we are required to do so by law.
You will only receive reminder SMS’s for vouchers that are about to expire, if you have supplied us with your correct cellphone number and given us permission to SMS you.
It is your responsibility to ensure that your personal and contact details are correct and up to date to enable us to offer you Rewards offers and promotions. If your contact details change at any time, please contact TFG Customer Services (see 17 above). We will not be held responsible if you do not receive your personalised offers in the event that your personal details have changed and you have not notified us.
We may use your purchasing information in conjunction with information about you provided by third parties, for market and product analysis, for the purpose of generating statistical reports for internal and external use. These reports will not contain any personal information that identifies you.
We may use your personal information to conduct a credit bureau check for the potential purpose of offering you a TFG Account Card if you do not already have one.
Rewards may only be used in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
